Can I just say how much I love this scene? I mean, it’s more than just the fact that she takes the sexist bastard down in the most humiliating of ways, though that’s pretty great. This whole time that she’s been masquerading as Tony’s assistant, she’s been operating way under her capabilities. So when this guy asks her if she boxes, it almost looks like she’s super stoked. Maybe someone might actually look at her like she’s more than a pretty face. But no, this guy turns out to be just like the rest, even making fun of her. When she looks over her shoulder, I feel like she’s ready to be done with this asshole, kind of like she’s looking to Pepper to end this. But then the guy moves, and her training kicks in. I honestly don’t think she was intending to take this guy down, but ended up acting out of instinct.
God, but Natasha Romanov is cool. I mean SERIOUSLY.
